Job Summary

An established company is seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to manage and grow their online presence, generate qualified leads, and support the company's marketing and sales goals.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Create engaging digital content including graphics, videos, captions, and newsletters
• Run and optimize digital ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Update website content and optimize for SEO
• Track analytics, prepare weekly digital reports, and provide actionable insights
• Generate and track qualified leads for the Sales Team
• Design marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
• Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns
• Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1 - 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Strong skills in Canva, Meta Business Suite, digital ads, and content creation
• Basic understanding of SEO and website management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Google Digital Skills, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar platforms
