We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview:
  • As our Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing integrated digital campaigns that elevate our brand, engage our target audience,and generate tangible results.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our online efforts are innovative, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to resonate with their needs and preferences.
  • Plan and manage content calendars for various digital platforms.
Content Development & Management:
  • Create compelling, brand-aligned content (text, graphics, videos) for websites, blogs,social media, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and promotional materials.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all digital channels.
Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X (Twitter).
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community building.
  • Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Optimization:
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze KPIs, including reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to monitor trends and optimize strategies.
Required Qualifications: & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years' of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, email automation tools).
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
