  • Content Creation:Craft compelling posts, website copy, scripts, and social media captions that align with News Central's mission and voice.
  • Visuals:Create or source images, infographics, videos, and other visual assets to enhance the impact of written content.
  • Multimedia: Explore and produce podcasts, webinars, and other interactive media formats to diversify content offerings.
  • Understanding the Target Audience: Identify the audience, their needs, and interests to tailor content accordingly. Developing
  • Content Calendars: • Plan and schedule content creation to ensure a consistent, strategic approach.
  • Aligning Content with Brand Goals: Ensure content supports overall marketing and communication objectives.
  • Editing and Proofreading: Maintain high-quality standards by editing and proofreading all content.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multimedia editors and other creative professionals to bring content to life.
Person Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a digital content producer or similar role.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create diverse content formats.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for news, journalism, and the ability to generate fresh perspectives.
