An established company is recruiting for the following position. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in the healthcare sector to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and healthcare partners.
  • The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using healthcare/HMO software.
  • Liaise with clinical staff, billing teams, and insurance providers to resolve patient issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience using healthcare management systems or HMO software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
