An established company is recruiting for the following position.
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in the healthcare sector to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, clients, and healthcare partners.
- The ideal candidate will provide accurate information, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure a positive patient experience while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using healthcare/HMO software.
- Liaise with clinical staff, billing teams, and insurance providers to resolve patient issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience using healthcare management systems or HMO software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools.
