A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Description
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to correspondence related to Emergency Neurosurgery cases, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence on emergency neurosurgical cases
  • Provide clear, courteous, and timely communication with patients, families, and referring facilities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on all emergency-related inquiries
  • Assist with patient support services as required
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure effective information flow
Requirements Required Course of Study:
  • Applicants must hold a degree in any of the following:
  • Public Administration.
  • Public Relations.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in customer service, front desk, or client relations
  • Experience in a medical or emergency service environment is an added advantage.
