A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Job Description - The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and responding to correspondence related to Emergency Neurosurgery cases, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities - Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence on emergency neurosurgical cases - Provide clear, courteous, and timely communication with patients, families, and referring facilities - Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on all emergency-related inquiries - Assist with patient support services as required - Work closely with the clinical team to ensure effective information flow Requirements Required Course of Study: - Applicants must hold a degree in any of the following: - Public Administration. - Public Relations. - Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in customer service, front desk, or client relations - Experience in a medical or emergency service environment is an added advantage.
