About the Role
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive excellent service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to the bank's service standards and policies
- Assist customers with product and service information, transactions, and account management
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant educational qualification (OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields)
- Previous experience in customer service (advantageous but not mandatory)
