Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Ibadan. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional customer service and must be flexible to work 12-hour rotational day and night shifts.

Key Requirements

• First Degree or equivalent qualification
• Age between 20 and 25 years
• Must reside in Ibadan, preferably near Jericho or Eleyele/Dugbe area
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational day and night basis

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Attend to customers' online transactions
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Follow organizational procedures, guidelines, and policies
