We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented customer service representative to join our team and play a critical role in exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information about products, services, and delivery options
• Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate deliveries and address customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
• Stay up to date with product information and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Knowledge of the grocery or e-commerce industry (a plus)
