Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented customer service representative to join our team and play a critical role in exceeding customer expectations.

Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, and delivery options
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate deliveries and address customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Stay up to date with product information and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Knowledge of the grocery or e-commerce industry (a plus)
