A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Summary
  • We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to assist customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
What you'll do
  • Attend to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Help customers find products that fit their needs.
  • Communicate product information and recommend items.
  • Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
What you need
  • Minimum of an HND.
  • 1-3 years of work experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong social media skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Good social media knowledge.
  • Smart, proactive, and ready to help.
  • Computer savvy.
