Job Description
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to customers across all communication channels.
- Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Offer product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Document and report customer feedback, issues, and trends to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen, cashier, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold company service standards and follow all operational policies.
- Handle customer escalations with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ensure excellent customer experience that promotes repeat business and positive reviews.
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years experience.
- Must be residing within the axis of Ajao Estate, Oshodi/Isolo Lagos State.
