## Title: Customer Service Officer & Social Media Marketer

About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in a dynamic customer service and social media marketing position. In this role, you will drive marketing and sales operations, create compelling social media campaigns, and build a network of independent marketers while presenting our real estate offerings to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage online, social media, and digital marketing campaigns to drive real estate sales across platforms including Facebook, Google, and Instagram
  • Recruit and train independent marketers, consultants, and business partners to market company properties and services
  • Prepare sales letters, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations for prospective clients
  • Present company estates to potential clients and manage customer relationships
