Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, delivering exceptional support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve issues related to our healthtech platform, including AI diagnostics, telemedicine, and payment services
- Provide empathetic and patient support to users navigating our services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Escalate complex cases to clinical teams appropriately
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Proven proficiency in handling customer interactions and basic administrative support
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, MS Office Suite, and chat tools
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call center environment
- Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes
- Experience in a healthcare or tech startup setting
