## Title: Customer Service Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, delivering exceptional support across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve issues related to our healthtech platform, including AI diagnostics, telemedicine, and payment services
  • Provide empathetic and patient support to users navigating our services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Escalate complex cases to clinical teams appropriately
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills with a strong focus on empathy and problem-solving
  • Proven proficiency in handling customer interactions and basic administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software, MS Office Suite, and chat tools

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a call center environment
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes
  • Experience in a healthcare or tech startup setting
