About the Role
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our customer service team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support across multiple channels while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and general support
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems
- Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and industry trends
Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
- 2–4 years of previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for sports with excellent knowledge of major sports and events
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
