## Title: Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our customer service team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support across multiple channels while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and general support
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in CRM systems
  • Work closely with sales and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–4 years of previous experience in customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for sports with excellent knowledge of major sports and events
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
