This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Position Overview:
  • As a customer service officer, you're responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering their enquires resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services and policies
  • Process orders, returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed customer service targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Perform other related duties as management requires.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of HND B.Sc in a related field
  • 1-3 years experience as a customer representative or any relative role
  • Must be computer literate;must be familiar with google sheet or documents
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
