Position Overview:
- As a customer service officer, you're responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering their enquires resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding products, services and policies
- Process orders, returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures
- Work with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet or exceed customer service targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Perform other related duties as management requires.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND B.Sc in a related field
- 1-3 years experience as a customer representative or any relative role
- Must be computer literate;must be familiar with google sheet or documents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
