  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining company policies
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company procedures
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
