About the Role
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and supporting daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Open the store promptly, ensuring all systems and displays are ready for the day
- Clean and organize the store before sales begin to maintain a welcoming environment
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Update daily sales and inventory reports accurately in the ERP system
- Collect and review customer feedback to help improve service quality
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to your supervisor
- Support the team with daily operations
- Handle and complete order-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- NCE qualification
- 0–1 year of work experience
