## Title: Customer Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, and supporting daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open the store promptly, ensuring all systems and displays are ready for the day
  • Clean and organize the store before sales begin to maintain a welcoming environment
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Update daily sales and inventory reports accurately in the ERP system
  • Collect and review customer feedback to help improve service quality
  • Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to your supervisor
  • Support the team with daily operations
  • Handle and complete order-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • NCE qualification
  • 0–1 year of work experience
