  • The Customer Care Officer serves as the primary point of contact for the customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues related to billing, outages, and metering.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, providing accurate and timely information on tariffs, service activations/disconnects, and smart meter readings/issues
  • Efficiently log, track, and resolve complaints related to service interruptions, power quality, and billing discrepancies in coordination with technical teams
  • Accurately update customer accounts and service records using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service or call center environment
Skills:
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with utility billing systems and outage management procedures is highly desirable
