Content & Social Media Manager

About the Role

Ujax Engineering is seeking a Content & Social Media Manager who understands how to tell compelling project stories online. This role focuses on creating simple, engaging content that showcases our work in smart buildings, ELV systems, solar, CCTV, and automation—without overcomplicating technical concepts. You will manage our social media presence, create content from site activities, and help grow our online reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
• Transform site work, installations, and projects into clear and engaging posts
• Write captions using accessible language that resonates with our audience
• Manage posting schedules and maintain consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand projects and explain them in simple terms
• Create basic graphics and short videos (before, during, and after installation content)
• Respond to comments and messages professionally
• Track content performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain Ujax's brand voice across all platforms

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media or digital content
• Strong writing skills with the ability to explain technical work in simple terms
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to edit short videos and photos from site work
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in engineering, technology, or smart systems (preferred)
