About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a multifaceted content and community management position. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media presence, and overseeing our AI Tools Directory.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

• Research and write high-quality articles around AI, business growth, productivity, and creator tools
• Format, edit, and publish content directly on our platform
• Ensure every piece of content feels human, valuable, and aligned with our brand tone; no generic AI fluff

Social Media Management

• Run social media pages, especially on LinkedIn and X
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars, including carousels, short clips, polls, infographics, quotes, and micro-posts
• Track engagement metrics, learn what works, and adapt quickly
• Transform insights from articles into bite-sized social content that builds trust and community
• Run organic social media and paid advertising campaigns

AI Tools Directory Management

• Oversee and update the AI Tools Directory, keeping listings fresh, accurate, and valuable to creators
• Research and add new tools regularly with briefs that help users understand what's worth trying
• Spot trends in the AI space and bring them into our ecosystem early

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Self-driven creator who doesn't need to be chased to do great work
• Strong understanding of content, trends, and online communities—not just how to post, but how to manage and make things move
• Proficiency with WordPress and Canva
• Decent grasp of ChatGPT or other AI tools
• Ability to write engaging copy that feels alive, avoiding keyword stuffing and robotic language
• Willingness to experiment, learn, and grow
• Comfortable working in a startup-style environment where things move quickly

Bonus Skills

• Experience with SEO and analytics tools
• Email newsletter management experience
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into short-form ideas
• Video presentation, creation, and editing skills
