## Title: Content Creator and Social Media Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to manage content creation and social media strategy across multiple business units. This role combines creative content development with digital marketing expertise to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (Photo, Video & Copywriting)

  • Develop engaging photo and video content showcasing hotel rooms, events, spa services, boutique collections, and the water factory's production process
  • Write compelling captions, marketing copy, blog posts, and email newsletters tailored to each business unit
  • Create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal activities
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow social media accounts for all four brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Schedule daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns
  • Monitor comments, messages, and customer enquiries; escalate issues to relevant departments
  • Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimise content performance

Digital Marketing & Strategy

  • Implement targeted digital campaigns to increase bookings, sales, and brand visibility
  • Drive paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) when required
  • Develop strategies for customer retention, brand positioning, and online reputation management
  • Optimise profiles on booking and review platforms (Google Business, TripAdvisor, Jumia Foods, etc.)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and website traffic
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly

Brand Development & Creative Direction

  • Protect and elevate the brand identity of the hotel, spa, water factory, and boutique
  • Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align messaging
  • Suggest new content angles, partnerships, and influencer collaborations

Event Coverage & On-Site Coordination

  • Provide event coverage and on-site coordination for brand activities
