Content Creator & Community Manager

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation:

• Create daily content (reels, carousels, stories, posts) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn

• Develop product education & beauty tip content

• Create campaign content for product launches & promos.

Community Management:

• Respond to comments & mentions across all platforms

• Manage customer queries and route leads to sales

• Enforce brand tone and response time standards.

Growth & Engagement:

• Run polls, Q&As, giveaways & interactive content

• Build loyal community around Perfect Trust brands

• Increase repeat engagement.

Collaboration:

• Work with graphics designer on e-commerce campaigns and agency on brand activations across the business

• Support influencer collaborations, UGC and PTC BA Squad.

Reporting:

• Submit weekly performance report on growth, engagement & leads.

Crisis Management:

• Handle negative comments and escalate when appropriate.
