Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives across all digital platforms
• Create high-quality content including visuals, videos, graphics, and captions for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that drives brand awareness and engagement
• Edit and optimize content for different platforms and audiences
• Manage and schedule content across all digital platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Brainstorm and develop new content ideas and concepts
• Collaborate with influencers and other stakeholders to create engaging content

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, content trends, and audience engagement
• Excellent writing, photography, video production, and graphic design skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly
• Familiarity with the Beauty, Fragrance, or Skincare industry (advantageous)
• Experience with VFX (Visual Effects) and motion graphics (advantageous)
