## Title: Community and Growth Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organised, and sales-driven Community and Growth Manager to build and engage a vibrant digital community, run workshops, and convert attention into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, engage, and grow our online community across social media and email
  • Organise and facilitate workshops and trainings, both onsite and virtually
  • Develop high-quality Canva presentations, flyers, and other marketing materials
  • Plan and run social media campaigns and ads, track performance, and optimise results
  • Write newsletters, research topics, and organise content into a searchable database
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM and other digital tools
  • Handle customer care, respond to enquiries, and close sales from leads
  • Moderate online sessions, webinars, and live events

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in community building, marketing, or growth
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong systems and digital tool proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in writing, presenting, and interpersonal communication
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools and CRM platforms
  • Strong sales orientation with enthusiasm for targets and converting engagement into paying customers
