Communications Officer (Content Creator / Social Media) at Westfield Consulting

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Communications Officer. This role is responsible for developing engaging written, visual, and multimedia content that strengthens brand presence across digital platforms.

This position combines creativity with strategic communication, ensuring our messages resonate with target audiences including clients, partners, and stakeholders. You will support the Communications & Branding Manager in implementing Group-wide communication strategies, while focusing on content production, social media management, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write blog posts, articles, newsletters, email campaigns, and press pieces that align with the Group's brand voice
• Develop creative assets such as infographics, carousels, and presentations for campaigns and corporate communications
• Draft scripts and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Manage website blog updates and collaborate with the design team on visual storytelling

Social Media & Digital Presence

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
• Monitor community engagement and respond to messages and comments professionally
• Use tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite for campaign scheduling and performance tracking
• Stay updated on digital trends to optimize reach and engagement

Analytics & Optimization

• Track social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) using Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics
• Provide monthly performance reports and recommend improvements
• Optimize all content for SEO and audience engagement

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Communications & Branding Manager to execute campaigns
• Support Directors and departments with creative content for projects, initiatives, and events
