## Title: Commercial Manager / Head of Sales
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead commercial strategy and drive sales growth across key business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, drive, and oversee the execution of strategic plans by ensuring seamless cross-functional and cross-divisional collaborations
- Establish and manage effective strategic partnerships with OTTs, Global Carriers, Operators, and ISPs for wholesale business
- Build new revenue streams and develop the data wholesale business with Global Carriers
- Monitor market trends, sales performance, and network metrics; conduct regular reviews against plans and implement corrective actions as required
- Develop additional revenue sources through product and process innovation
Required Qualifications and Experience
- University Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in the Telecom Industry
- At least 10 years' experience in business development in Telecom Wholesale, Submarine Cable, and Enterprise business
- Excellent understanding of the Telecom Industry and market trends
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven track record in sales of Telecom products and solutions including IPLS, MPLS, ICT, VPN, Cloud, Roaming, Mobile, IDD, MVNO, Voice, and Data solutions
- Strong personal network within the Telecom industry and corporate community
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive business performance
