## Title: Commercial Manager / Head of Sales

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to lead commercial strategy and drive sales growth across key business segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, drive, and oversee the execution of strategic plans by ensuring seamless cross-functional and cross-divisional collaborations
  • Establish and manage effective strategic partnerships with OTTs, Global Carriers, Operators, and ISPs for wholesale business
  • Build new revenue streams and develop the data wholesale business with Global Carriers
  • Monitor market trends, sales performance, and network metrics; conduct regular reviews against plans and implement corrective actions as required
  • Develop additional revenue sources through product and process innovation

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • University Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in the Telecom Industry
  • At least 10 years' experience in business development in Telecom Wholesale, Submarine Cable, and Enterprise business
  • Excellent understanding of the Telecom Industry and market trends

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proven track record in sales of Telecom products and solutions including IPLS, MPLS, ICT, VPN, Cloud, Roaming, Mobile, IDD, MVNO, Voice, and Data solutions
  • Strong personal network within the Telecom industry and corporate community
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive business performance
