An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Summary The College Principal will provide strategic leadership, academic direction and administrative oversight for the college arm of the school. The role requires a results-driven leader with strong instructional leadership, sound management skills, and a proven track record of excellence in secondary school administration Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and effective management of the college.

• Ensure high academic standards in line with Montessori, British, and Nigerian curricula.

• Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, promoting continuous professional development.

• Oversee curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation.

• Maintain discipline, student welfare and a positive school culture.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

• Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, students and external stakeholders.

• Support strategic planning and drive continuous school improvement.

Required Qualifications: & Experience

• Minimum of a First Degree in Education or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).

• Professional certification and a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

• Minimum of 10 years experience in the education sector.

• Proven experience as a College/Secondary School Principal is mandatory.

• Demonstrable experience working with Montessori, British and Nigerian curricula.

• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
