Position Summary The College Principal will provide strategic leadership, academic direction and administrative oversight for the college arm of the school. The role requires a results-driven leader with strong instructional leadership, sound management skills, and a proven track record of excellence in secondary school administration Key Responsibilities: - Provide overall leadership and effective management of the college. - Ensure high academic standards in line with Montessori, British, and Nigerian curricula. - Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff, promoting continuous professional development. - Oversee curriculum planning, implementation and evaluation. - Maintain discipline, student welfare and a positive school culture. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. - Foster strong relationships with parents, staff, students and external stakeholders. - Support strategic planning and drive continuous school improvement. Required Qualifications: & Experience - Minimum of a First Degree in Education or a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE). - Professional certification and a Master’s degree will be an added advantage. - Minimum of 10 years experience in the education sector. - Proven experience as a College/Secondary School Principal is mandatory. - Demonstrable experience working with Montessori, British and Nigerian curricula. - Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
