## Title: Cold Caller
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a cold calling position.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system
- Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
- Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in cold calling
- Fluent spoken and written English
- High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
- Organised, proactive approach to work
- Comfortable with technology (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM systems)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of hospitality and travel industries
- Experience with sales conversion techniques
