## Title: Cold Caller

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a cold calling position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Set up meetings or appointments between potential customers and sales representatives
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on call activities and results

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in cold calling
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset
  • Organised, proactive approach to work
  • Comfortable with technology (Google Suite, WhatsApp, CRM systems)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hospitality and travel industries
  • Experience with sales conversion techniques
