CNC Machine Operator

• This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented operator capable of operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications and safety standards.

• The role involves monitoring machine performance, ensuring product accuracy, and supporting efficient production processes while working closely with production and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC lathe and / or milling machines.

• Load CNC programs and configure tools and machine parameters.

• Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.

• Identify and report defects, tool wear, and equipment issues.

• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.

• Comply with HSE policies and proper use of PPE.

• Work with the team to meet production targets and reduce downtime.

• Support continuous improvement and efficient machining practices.

Required Qualifications: and Skills Education: al Background:

• B.Eng./B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing or automotive company.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong knowledge of CNC machine processes, tooling, materials, ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Measurement & Quality:

• Proficiency in the use of precision measuring instruments and understanding of quality control standards.
