  • The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented individual who can represent the company effectively and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up with clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) to fulfill client requests
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback
  • Provide timely updates to clients about investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Escalate issues or service gaps appropriately to management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–3 years proven experience in a client service or customer support role.

  • Experience working in an operations-driven, production, or agro-processing environment
  • Prior experience handling B2B clients
