ROLE SUMMARY - The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role requires a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented individual who can represent the company effectively and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person - Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally - Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up with clients - Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, accounts) to fulfill client requests - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback - Provide timely updates to clients about investment opportunities - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships - Escalate issues or service gaps appropriately to management Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 2–3 years proven experience in a client service or customer support role. Skills: & COMPETENCIES - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills - High level of professionalism and customer focus - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills - Proficiency in basic office tools ADDED ADVANTAGE - Experience working in an operations-driven, production, or agro-processing environment - Prior experience handling B2B clients
