Job Summary

House Unlimited and Land Services Nigeria Limited seeks a creative and tech-savvy Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, supporting marketing campaigns, and visually representing the brand's identity across online platforms. This role involves both in-office work and occasional site visitations to capture photos and videos for promotional use.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design engaging content (posts, short videos, graphics, and reels) for social media and digital campaigns
• Conduct site visitations to capture media content for projects, client features, and marketing use
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan, execute, and deliver creative campaigns
• Develop compelling captions, visual stories, and motion content using Canva and CapCut
• Manage content schedules and ensure timely delivery of creative materials
• Track performance metrics, monitor engagement, and suggest ways to improve audience interaction
• Stay updated on current social media trends, viral content, and digital storytelling techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or related field
• Current NYSC Corp Member serving in Lagos
• Proven interest or prior experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Proficient in creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Spark
• Strong communication, storytelling, and visual presentation skills
• Creative, tech-savvy, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media trends
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams effectively

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
