Classroom Teachers - Germane Foundation School, Lagos

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: Candidate will be responsible for delivering quality instruction, managing a productive classroom environment, and supporting the academic and character development of pupils in the primary section. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum.

• Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and instructional materials.

• Assess and evaluate pupils’ academic performance regularly.

• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.

• Foster pupils’ social, emotional, and moral development.

• Participate in school programmes, meetings, and extracurricular activities.

• Communicate pupils’ progress effectively with parents and management.

• Uphold the standards and values of the school at all times.

Required Qualifications: & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: NCE, B.Ed., SSCE or equivalent in Education.

• At least 1–3 years teaching experience in a primary school (preferred).

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Ability to use creative teaching methods.

• Basic computer literacy is an added advantage.

• Must be disciplined, responsible, and passionate about child development.
