Classroom Teachers

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Position Overview: Candidate will be responsible for delivering quality instruction, managing a productive classroom environment, and supporting the academic and character development of pupils in the primary section. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the school curriculum. - Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and instructional materials. - Assess and evaluate pupils’ academic performance regularly. - Maintain effective classroom management and discipline. - Foster pupils’ social, emotional, and moral development. - Participate in school programmes, meetings, and extracurricular activities. - Communicate pupils’ progress effectively with parents and management. - Uphold the standards and values of the school at all times. Required Qualifications: & Requirements - Minimum qualification: NCE, B.Ed., SSCE or equivalent in Education. - At least 1–3 years teaching experience in a primary school (preferred). - Strong classroom management and communication skills. - Ability to use creative teaching methods. - Basic computer literacy is an added advantage. - Must be disciplined, responsible, and passionate about child development.
