This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our technical team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for structural design, project supervision, and on-site execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with approved engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze civil and structural components for building and construction projects
  • Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications
  • Supervise construction works on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards
  • Coordinate site activities, contractors, artisans, and suppliers
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality control measures
  • Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution
  • Prepare technical reports, site progress updates, and documentation
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
  • Minimum of relevant hands-on experience in building and construction projects
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Strong knowledge of structural design, site supervision, and construction methods
  • Proficiency in engineering design and analysis
  • Registration with professional bodies (e.g., COREN, NSE) is an added advantage
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites across different states
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
