Civil / Structural Engineer

Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to join our technical team. - The successful candidate will be responsible for structural design, project supervision, and on-site execution of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with approved engineering standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and analyze civil and structural components for building and construction projects - Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications - Supervise construction works on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards - Coordinate site activities, contractors, artisans, and suppliers - Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality control measures - Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution - Prepare technical reports, site progress updates, and documentation - Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets - Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and project stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering - Minimum of relevant hands-on experience in building and construction projects - 3-5 years’ experience - Strong knowledge of structural design, site supervision, and construction methods - Proficiency in engineering design and analysis - Registration with professional bodies (e.g., COREN, NSE) is an added advantage - Willingness and ability to travel to project sites across different states - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
