An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Purpose
  • Responsible for assisting the execution CI/MANEX strategies and to enhance organizational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness by implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • CI – Continuous Improvement
  • MANEX – Manufacturing Excellence
Key Responsibilities: Gemba Walk – Walk the Talk (WTT):
  • Plan and coordinate structured Gemba walk schedules with leaders.
  • Ensure Gemba walks follow defined focus themes (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People).
  • Capture observations, deviations, and improvement opportunities during Gemba walks.
  • Track Gemba actions, owners, and closure status.
  • Coach leaders on effective Gemba behaviors (observe, ask why, respect standards).
  • Ensure feedback from Gemba walks translates into measurable improvements.
AM – Autonomous Management:
  • Support the deployment and maturity of Autonomous Maintenance pillars (CLIT - cleaning, inspection, lubrication, tightening).
  • Track and report AM compliance (checklist completion, abnormalities identified and closed).
  • Coach operators and team leaders on correct AM standards and routines.
  • Ensure AM boards are updated, visual, and used daily at the line.
  • Identify gaps in AM execution and escalate systemic issues to Maintenance/Engineering.
  • Support standardization of AM activities across lines.
Date Gathering/Collection and Cleaning:
  • BMOS attendance tracking.
  • AM compliance tracking.
  • Factory performance awareness tracking.
  • Root cause analysis (RCA) and Breakdown analysis (BDA) tracking o Maintain CI/MANEX trackers and dashboard.
  • Hourly performance data tracking
Focused Improvement, PM & Competence Management:
  • Support onboarding and refresher trainings for operators, team leaders, and support function.
  • Support in skill assessment for operators, team leaders, and support function.
  • Monitor training compliance o Support audit and assessment of CI/MANEX maturity (BMOS, AM, 5S)
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production), or Business Administration.
  • Min. 2-3 years relevant experience in production / supply chain at MNC preferably FMCG.
  • Manufacturing experience in various areas or Projects
  • Strong leadership Skill and able to Guide, motivate and develop subordinate staff..
  • Knowledge in MS Office, TPM.
