This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. Role Overview:
  • As CTO / Co-Founder, you will own the end-to-end tech strategy, product development, and engineering execution.
  • You’ll architect the platform, build the tech team, and drive innovation across mobile apps, backend systems, routing, and automation.
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and execute the tech roadmap and platform architecture
  • Lead development of customer, restaurant, and rider apps
  • Build and manage the engineering team
  • Implement scalable backend systems, real-time tracking, routing, and automation
  • Ensure performance, security, and reliability across the platform
  • Work closely with founders on strategy, growth, and fundraising
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8 - 12 years in software engineering, product development, or tech leadership
  • Strong experience with backend architecture, mobile apps, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with real-time systems, logistics, or marketplace platforms (preferred)
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero
