We are seeking a results-driven Business Strategy / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic initiatives, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with proven sales leadership to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement business growth and sales strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (where applicable)
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic presentations for management
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in business strategy, sales management, or related roles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
