Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Strategy / Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic initiatives, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with proven sales leadership to achieve organizational goals. - Develop and implement business growth and sales strategies - Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams - Drive sales performance and meet or exceed revenue targets - Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team (where applicable) - Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic presentations for management - Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to align objectives - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field - Proven experience in business strategy, sales management, or related roles - Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies - Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and performance tracking - Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Career growth and leadership opportunities
