Role Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Strategist/Manager to drive growth, increase revenue, and support expansion plans. The role focuses on strategy, partnerships, sales optimization, and business growth systems.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships
- Improve lead conversion, sales systems, and client retention
- Support expansion and new branch development
- Track performance metrics and growth KPIs
- Proven experience in business development or strategy
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or luxury services is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
